PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.  While we do still need volunteers, we need to close pre-registration in order to work the behind-the-scenes magic (prep work) in advance of the event.

We will gladly register you on-site on Saturday.  Our greatest needs are for the following:

- Set-up  (6;30am)

- Bocce Scorekeepers/Timekeepers (9am-5:30pm, 9am-1pm and 12:30-5:30pm) No experience necessary, we'll train you on site

- Tear Down (4:00-6:30pm)

Pre-registering through this online application enables you to register for the specific role and time/shift you desire.  Please note that due to any unforeseen circumstances, volunteers may be re-assigned as needed. 

All-Day Volunteers will be provided a lunch, snacks and water will be provided for all.

*The minimum age to volunteer is 11.  Youth ages 11-13 must volunteer with an adult, please select "Small Group" as your Registrant Type.  This allows all members of the family be registered under the same email address and linked together.        Teens ages 14-17 may volunteer on their own in select roles.  PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE LIMITED OPPORTUNITIES FOR MINORS AT THIS EVENT.
